
Wayne McGregor studied dance at University College, Bretton Hall and the Jose Limon School in New York. He is the founder and Artistic Director of Wayne McGregor I Random Dance, the resident company of Sadler’s Wells Theatre, London, for which he has made over 30 works including: Ossein, Amu, The Millennarium, Sulphur 16, Aeon, Nemesis, AtaXia and, most recently, Entity.
He is the Resident Choreographer of the Royal Ballet.
Recently: choreographed the opening ceremony of the Fina World Swimming Championships, Rome and directed and choreographed Dido and Aeneas and Acis and Galatea for the Royal Opera House.
