COLIN INGRAM - Producer and General Manager

Colin IngramColin spent six years with Cameron Mackintosh before heading up Disney Theatrical in the UK for over two years. Colin then became Executive Producer for the inaugural and second season of Kevin Spacey’s Old Vic Theatre Company and joined Sally Greene as her Executive Producer on the hit musical Billy Elliot.During his career, Colin has worked on the following productions as executive producer or general manager: Billy Elliot, Movin’ Out, Les Misérables, The Phantom of the Opera, The Lion King, Beauty and the Beast, Oklahoma!, The Witches of Eastwick, The Vagina Monologues, Richard II, Hamlet, The Philadelphia Story, Aladdin, National Anthems, Cloaca. Colin graduated in law and international finance before qualifying as a chartered accountant at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. His business training has been a huge asset in producing productions on budget and raising millions of pounds in investment from private investors. Based in London, Colin Ingram Ltd has acted as consultant to Old Vic Productions for the New York and Australian productions of Billy Elliot and co-produced Trevor Nunn’s Gone With the Wind along with investing in Swimming With Sharks with Christian Slater and is currently co-producing a new musical, Ghost, which opens in 2010.Colin would like to thank his wife Nadine for giving him the idea of mounting Breakfast at Tiffany’s and to Alan and Louise Schwartz of the Truman Capote Literary Trust for granting the rights.www.coliningramltd.com.
